To help with the client trial launch of the KLIC Marketplace, a new omni-channel platform that combines all of Taylor Corporation's products, solutions, and services into a centralized tool, Taylor Digital and Taylor Communications were in need of a short video to tease the KLIC Marketplace to clients and let them know what to expect in the upcoming weeks. To meet the launch deadline, the video needed to be written, edited, and published in under four weeks.
As a member of each of these teams, I worked with multi-functional stakeholders and executive leadership to review and approve the teaser video. I developed an initial script, storyboard, and visual concepts to Creative and Sales team for review. Once finalized, I recruited talent to record the voice over (V/O) for the video and provided coaching and direction during the recording progress. Next, I recorded and edited the V/O audio using Audacity and used a combination of stock video and graphics from other videos I created for Taylor Digital as footage.
Using a high amount of collaboration and quick-thinking, I was able to create, publish, and get final approvals on the video one full week ahead of schedule.
